Abstract

本发明主要涉及非催化氧化法气化炉用气液混合相气化喷嘴的结构及使用方法。一种气液混合相气化喷嘴,带有法兰盘的气化介质进口管或液化介质进口管与各进口管或液化介质进口管对应的多流道喷管相固连,喷头与喷管固连或为一体,所述喷头与喷管为等壁厚固连,其过渡为平滑过渡;喷头内、外壁为锥形,其壁厚以直线均匀减薄,呈梯形;喷头端部的喷口壁厚为1~5mm,其主要特点是所述的气液混合相气化喷嘴的喷头、在喷嘴端部的外壁上设有的水冷盘管采用耐高温合金材料。本发明气化喷嘴与气化炉拱顶及炉口结构的合理布置获得了最佳的流场及温度场匹配而达到最好的气化效果,保证有效气体成分大于95.5%,最高可达96.3%。延长了气化喷嘴的操作寿命,解决由于气化喷嘴的损坏引起气化炉炉口砖损坏而导致的炉口砖使用寿命短,频繁停车问题,提高装置的经济效益。
